The story of Aimée did not stop just because the book went to print. The publisher had stopped the presses several times in order to add more information and a testimony here and there. Eventually the book had to be published as it was. While it does tell the full story, the fact still remains that many people, especially those that worked on the project, still interact with Aimée often. David still sees, hears, smells, and feels Aimée almost daily. If we were to put his testimonies in, it would make this page too long and read like a daily journal. However, others have expressed an interest in telling how they have been touched by Aimée or the other spirit that was prominent in the book, Henry. The following are nothing more than the ongoing ghost sightings and experiences people have had with the spirits from Finding Aimée. These experiences have come to pass since the book was published. If you would like to add your own experiences, please submit those via email for review and posting. It is widely known that manuscripts of the book seemed to have a life of their own and were often seen doing things that defies logic. It has yet to be seen if these paranormal events have carried over to the production-run books.
I have a black massage recliner with a heater in it. I'm usually a righty sleeper and face the wall. Halfway through the night I turn over and sleep on my left facing the recliner. One night, about a week ago, I turned over and there was a full spirit vision, it was kind of holographic, reclined in my chair. It was just hanging out in my chair. It made my skin crawl. So I turned around and I looked over. Of course all I could see was from the thigh down. I would have had to twist my head all the way to see the recliner part. It was Aimée. She had on a full, beautiful chiffon-like, pastel-colored dress going down to about her mid-calfs. Her legs were crossed. She had on a pair of shoes that looked like heel-sandals. She is very delicate with delicate legs and delicate calves.
Originally I was approached to write Finding Aimée. As a skeptic it was a true learning experience. My mind changed as I noticed the intense emotion that came out during the writing process. Tears often fell, usually when I was getting it right. Aimée’s sorrows were manifesting as I tried to tell her story. I realized what was going on and continued with the project. It was very important to me. When I was approached to write Maria’s story (7th Sense, out Christmas 2016) and rewrite GateKeepers (out later this year), I noticed once again the deep emotional sorrow, but only when writing areas of the book that pertain to Aimée, and only when the story was true and accurate. The book GateKeepers was originally written in first person and meant to be a fictional tale, while rewriting it I found that the strong emotion only occurred when Aimée was involved and the story mirrored real life.
During all these projects I would tend to listen to music, most often streaming from the web. Often times I would wake up in the middle of the night hearing emotionally charged music coming from my desktop computer. I usually associated it with the antivirus kicking on in the middle on the night and somehow resetting the website that I was streaming from. This happened often. Many times I was sure that I had powered off the computer to only find that once again it was on and music was streaming.
With the purchase of a new laptop and now working on the books in a different office I had thought the odd computer behavior would come to an end. Yet now the laptop was doing the same thing even with the screen down and the laptop in sleep mode. Having verified that laptop had shut down before bed, and having worked until after one in the morning so that the virus scan had already run its course, the computer once again started playing music on its own.
It was explained to me today. Writing about Aimée is like calling her. This deep thought into her and trying to get her story right sends some signal like a phone call to her. She has been over my shoulder through all the projects that were about her. This was an attempt to help me get the story correct. I had felt her presence before during the writing process. That’s why Finding Aimée is by the author A. De Guerre instead of my name. I didn’t feel I had really written it.
It was further explained that Aimée is a very sociable ghost that doesn’t sleep since she was “just hanging around.” She likes to listen to the soft music that I also find appealing. It came as no surprise to the psychics that my computer issue would not be solved by any technician, but rather Aimée had just turned the music back on. As Maria said it is as simple as that. My research has also led me to the fact that this was not the first time Aimée had been credited with manipulation of computers.
Today Maria received a first time client. She had come for a standard reading. At the time Aimée also happened to be there. While her client sat waiting for Maria to meditate Aimée showed herself. Letting out a terrible scream Maria’s client broke her out of the trance. Aimée appeared in full form as a luminescent being. Once again her short hair and eyes as well as her petite feminine frame confirmed that it was her. The client who was spooked and scared tried to keep composure but could not handle what she had seen. She quickly described Aimée as she had been described so many times before “An angelic being” that was the embodiment of love.
Sadly when people’s reality is shaken to the core, or ripped open completely it is often hard to adjust to what has really presented itself. The client left in a hurry, and does not seem to want to talk about the experience any more at this time. One cannot be blamed for having trouble adapting to seeing a spirit of any sort, regardless of the love that was felt, or the fact that the spirit is calm and caring.
Today it appears Aimée was up to her tricks again as witnessed by one of my clients. The client became aware of a spirit that seemed to be a "good fun player." Aimée moved a rain maker, giving off a few little sounds to acknowledge her presence. She was seen as a bright light that also moved a window shade. The feeling in the room was pure love, and gave off other indications that the spirit in question was in fact Aimée.

As reported to R. D. Goullette
Today one of Maria’s clients had read a portion of Finding Aimée before a session with Maria. Soon into the reading, the door unlocks from the other side, the door knob turns, and the door opens. The door knob is still in motion as it is verified that no one is in the hall opposite of the door. It seems Aimée made a guest appearance when she heard her friends talking about her.

Aimée sighting by Maria Martinez
Maria and R. D. Goullette, as well as Anne, had met for lunch. The reason for the meeting was to discuss more information for Maria’s book, 7th Sense. During this conversation, a discussion arose over the fact that R. D. did not include his name as the author of the book Finding Aimée. It was a marketing “No no” that might preempt him from having sales of other books he writes. R. D. argued that his name isn’t anywhere in the book and didn’t consider the book to be his. It’s Aimée’s book. It’s her story and the book solely belongs to her.
Maria felt bad over the situation because she really did want R. D. to get credit for his work. That night Aimée appeared to Maria just for a few seconds. Maria described that all that showed was just Aimée’s holographic head. On Aimée’s beautiful face was a reassuring smirk, one that she has often, and has become her signature in a way. The message was simple. Aimée let Maria know that things are as they should be, all is well, and everyone is happy. A reason for R. D. not to have his name on the cover exists. As always, Aimée sent a message of peace and love.

Last night was a very strange night. I came home and unlocked my office, only to find my computer lid opened & my screen was on. I had shut it off and closed the lid before I left. When I went to shut off the computer again, Aimée’s picture popped up on the screen; it’s not a picture I've had and it’s not in the Finding Aimée book. Too strange... She’s in my photos, not anywhere near my screen. Knowing that it must be Aimée being sociable, I told her I loved her and said goodnight.

Patty was reading a post about Aimée that her mother sent her; Patty and her kid were the only two at the house. As soon as they were done commenting on the post, their coffee pot turned on and the coffee machine lights started blinking. Nothing seemed to explain the lights blinking, considering that the coffee pot timer wasn’t even on.
